Australian Client Visits Linenwind

This partnership is not just a business collaboration—it’s a shared vision for natural fibers and environmentally responsible manufacturing,” said the CEO of Linenwind.
In a major step toward strengthening international cooperation in sustainable fashion, Linenwind welcomed a leading Australian fashion client to its linen apparel factory this month. The purpose of the visit: to officially kick off a joint development project for a new line of 100% linen shirts targeting the eco-conscious menswear market.

On-site Factory Visit and Sample Evaluation
During the visit, the Australian team toured Linenwind’s spinning, dyeing, and garment assembly units. Special attention was given to the quality of linen fabrics, their texture, breathability, and long-term durability.
Prototypes of classic, relaxed-fit men's shirts in natural tones like ivory, sand, and sage were presented. The Australian client conducted hands-on inspections and confirmed positive feedback regarding stitching, wash-fastness, and fabric softness.
Key Project Goals
This project will focus on the co-development of a capsule collection of linen shirts for the Spring-Summer 2025 season. Key goals include:
Using OEKO-TEX®-certified European flax linen
Customizing silhouettes for Australian climates
Implementing low MOQ (Minimum Order Quantities) for scalable B2B rollout
Ensuring plastic-free packaging for sustainable delivery
Shared Values: Sustainability, Comfort, and Timeless Style
Both Linenwind and the Australian partner share a commitment to sustainability, comfort-first tailoring, and a minimalist, timeless aesthetic. This collaboration aims to set a benchmark for slow fashion in the Southern Hemisphere.
