Our bulk production lead time is 25–35 days for standard linen styles after sample approval and deposit. First-time OEM/ODM programs with new patterns and trims typically take 30–45 days, and complex developments with special finishes can reach 45–60 days. Expedited production is available on request for repeat styles when fabric is in stock.

When the Bulk Production Clock Starts
Bulk production time starts after two things happen: you approve the Pre-Production Sample (PP sample) and the deposit is confirmed. From that point, the factory's production calendar is committed to your order. Nothing that happens before — fabric sourcing, sampling, revisions — counts toward the bulk lead time, which is why we always quote it from PP approval.
This convention protects you. It means the 25–35 day window we quote is the actual time from "locked and approved" to "goods ready for shipment", not a marketing estimate. Bulk Production Stage by Stage

Fabric preparation and dyeing (7–14 days). Linen is pre-washed and stabilized for shrinkage control. Garment-dyed or enzyme-washed styles add time here.

Cutting and sewing (10–20 days). The longest stage, driven by the style's SMV and order volume. Linen's slub texture slows sewing versus cotton.

Washing and finishing (3–7 days). Final washing, softening, and pressing to lock the hand feel and fit.

Final QC and packing (3–5 days). AQL inspection, measurement checks, and carton preparation before shipment.

Changes after approval
Any modification after PP approval — a changed trim, a different size range, a fabric switch — restarts part of the clock and adds days.
